I would not buy this again
Purchased this product through DVOR at a great price. However, when trying to site in at the range in sunglight I was unable to see the dot, red or green. I replaced the batteries but it did not affect the brightness. This product will work if you plan on being in the dark all the time. Total waste of my money.

Ok, but far from perfect
I had good experience with another Barska dot scope so I thought his one would be at least as good. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to do as well as as my other one in sun. To be fair I am talking BRIGHT sun (no clouds, snow, etc) The way the brightness/color settings are arranged are kind of annoying. There are two off settings, in one of them you have the choice of Red-Bright or Green-Dim, and the other is of course the opposite. I personally would have preferred a Bright-Bright/Dim-Dim arrangement but I can see how some would like the way it s currently set.
