Tested this chair yesterday and I was very impressed! Backpack bag holds everything I need, with space to spare. It held my e-caller, rangefinder and shooting stick, and be could easily handle a heavy jacket when winter hits. The chair is really, really comfortable. After the stand I found myself just chilling, enjoying the scenery. Never had that experience before! Highly recommend the Ground and Pound.

This chair works well for what I use it for, coyote hunting. The seat is soft enough to be comfortable, but with enough rigidity to keep it's shape. The back supports are the best part. Being able to adjust the angle according to terrain and the stiffness to keep it's shape, not like a unstructured back rest. My only complaint is all the buckles and snaps that hold it together. I carry the E-caller, decoy, batteries and ammo in the bag and trying to quietly and quickly find the right buckles to undo to allow access or fold the chair up is cumbersome, especially with heavy gloves. All in all I find this chair the best I have used for my purpose and would buy again, if still at the same price point.
Pros:
- supportive to back and bottem
Cons:
- Too many buckles and snaps to use.

I just received my Ground Pound chair to day and found it to be every thing I had hoped for. I hunt from the ground using the aid of a Harris bipod. Stools are to high for the bipod which limits me to shooting using a sling. This is all-right during the day, but difficult when aiming between the eys at night! This also allows me to shift my shooting position about 180 degrees to an approaching animal. This unit is light weight simple to use, easy to carry and adjust. And allows me to carries all the necessary tools for a hunt. And one last thing; the back rest is the real key to making this a real success.
Best Used for:
- Ground hunting for long periods.

Very nice vest. Chair is comfortable, good thick cushion and sturdy legs to help hold you upright while sitting and waiting. Nice sized pockets and plenty of them to store your hunting items. Not too bulky to wear

I would give it a 5 star if it had a few changes.
1. It needs padded back straps.
2. It needs a chest strap for back straps.
3. Needs a medium sized compartment on the back to put drinks or a hydration bladder in.
4. It needs a couple of D Rings on the straps or other places on it.
5. The connector that goes across the front of you from side pouch to side pouch needs to be regular webbing or backed with webbing to limit the stretch. I can see that breaking in time. It's just elastic.
6. Box call compartment needs to be 1-2" longer.
It's light and holds a lot of stuff. Seat is nice. After season I'll get a webbing strap put across the front pouch from side to side and ditch the elastic. I ordered pads and a chest strap.
Cons:
- Needs a few cheap mods to be all it could be.
