This barrel caused my M4's bolt to stick in the rear position every time, no amount of lube or working the action would fix it. Had to hit the charging handle to make the bolt go forward. Not so good.

Pros - Price! Factory barrel cost $750 more!
Cons - Fit. The M4 barrel has an alignment tab. The alignment on the Black River MFG is about .042 thicker than benelli m4 barrel. Almost appears to be missing a machining step. I will attempt to include uploaded pics with a side by side with the tabs circled red for Black River MFG and yellow for the benelli M4 barrel.
Con - Poor tech and customer support at Black River MFG. E-mailed them in advance and asked if this would fit a production Benelli M4 receiver. I was told it would. After receiving and discovering the issue, I inquired if this is a QC issue or perhaps the barrels are not 100% benelli compatible. Maybe the product should state fitting required. This is no reflection on Optics Planet. This is a product manufacturing issue. I asked Black River if this is a one off error, should I exchange. I was told to return for refund. An indirect way of saying it won't fit a benelli if I ever heard one. I plan on machining imperfections and trying the barrel. I'll update then. Note tested in 4 Benelli M4. I don't currently own a turkish M4 clone to try.
