1. The stock pictured is not the one you’ll receive. You’ll receive the ELITE variant which features a ridiculously long length of pull (I’m 6’5” and it’s uncomfortable even for me), an FDE cheek riser, and a sort of janky looking over designed shock absorption system that could’ve easily been replaced with a limb-saver pad in the R&D phase. 2. I’m not certain these parts are made in the U.S. The Black River Facebook page claims they are but the website doesn’t say which is odd and company reps have reportedly admitted that they are Turkish imports so if you’re wound tight about 922(r) maybe ...

Perfect for what I needed

This collapsible stock was exactly what I needed for my Benelli M4. I have short arms, and had a difficult time shouldering the original stock, as it was too long. Easy to install and works great. The cheek rise is also great, as it gets me on my sights quickly, especially when firing slugs. Speaking of slugs, the shock absorbers in the butt, truly work. Was not sure initially if it was a gimmick, but they really reduce that kick from shooting slugs. I gave 4 stars only because the button for the cheek adjustment is super hard to press and adjust. Also, the stock has a little play in it, which is not a big deal unless it costs as much as this one did. Overall a great stock.
