Another great rifle case from Boyt.
Well, just read my other review of the Boyt 52" shotgun case. Diddo. This is a 48" inch case, exact materials, and will hold a scoped rifle. Plenty of room for a sock or 2 for extra protection, and a side pocket. Buy 1 or 2 or 3, you won't be sorry.

Not the Boyt they used to be
Compared to the Deluxe Boyt case that I bought in 2006 (which was made in Korea before discontinued by Boyt), this case is made in China and way below the quality they used to make. Boyt Deluxe Plantation Rifle Case
I have both this deluxe case and several signature cases. Everything Boyt makes is excellent but this deluxe case takes the Boyt quality a step further into luxury! The sling is a little easier to use on this case than the signature series and the additional leather is really pleasing aesthetically.

Bought this case for my father in law. It’s made of cotton and leather, and it’s nicer than the typical nylon and cordura cases you mostly see these days. It has a sturdy zipper to replace his old case which broke after only a few years. So far, so good.

good quality
Although i love this case,I do wish it had some skid plates like my kolpin does.That being said my kimber 8400 26 inch with a leica 3-15x56 fits nice and the side pockets fits a box of shells and a couple tools.The sling seems to be enough for a long hike.Perfect for me and would buy one again,even though the price is a little steep,I feel with quality,it's money well spent.

Excellent gun case
Excellent and classy looking gun case for my model 70 super grade rifle. I own a boyt shotgun case also in same style as rifle case. Would recommend a great buy.Best prices on the internet and product was in stock. Will be buying from optics planet again.

Case is made with quality materials. Classic look with leather and canvas. Will never go out of style. Worth the price. Will buy more. You'll not find a better quality or better looking rifle case.
