I chose the 509 x2 because of its enclosed emitter, solar back-up, reticle choices, and rugged construction.
I’ve only used it two times on my ultralight DPMS pattern 308, but it held zero the entire time. It’s also a blast to use as a 45 degree offset mount, which is how I have it mounted.
The donut of death reticle is easy to pick up when transitioning from my scope to the 509 offset.
While I have not put this RDS through the paces, it has withstood about 120 rounds of 308.
Based off that usage and its features, I highly recommend this RDS.

I purchased my Vertx hoodie in red on DVOR for $12 with free shipping, but it’s easily worth four times that amount. The material is comfortable and durable. The ccw zippers are genius. The Vertx logo stitched on the sleeve looks great. I wish I had bought more of these when they were on sale.

The V3 Wilson Combat scope mount looks amazing, is lightweight, and offers a semi-cantilever option that is not exaggerated. This last point is significant. The reduced cantilever prevents the scope from flexing due to recoil. Something to look out for is that because the mount does not cantilever forward as much as other mounts, it takes up a bit more real estate on your rifle. So, make sure you have the space.

I typically love Strike Industries. And these rail covers seemed like a lightweight cable management option. However, good luck removing one after installation. They crack when your try, and I scraped up my Roam handguard trying to get this cheap piece of rubber off. Stay away from these at any cost.

This review is based only on my first impressions on the Haley Strategic D3 Belt. For various reasons, I have yet to use it. Additionally, this is my first “battle belt,” so I am by no means an expert.
The belt’s craftsmanship looks impeccable. The seems and the materials all appear to be top notch. The buckle is incredibly sturdy; it feels rugged and engaged easily and securely.
The inner belt fits nicely on standard jeans, so it could be worn as an EDC belt if that’s your desire. The outer belt connects easily and comfortably to the inner belt without much fuss.
Finally, the multicam looks much nicer than the pics and appears slightly less tan and more green in person than in the pictures. I have no idea if that’s closer to “mil spec” multicam, but I liked the look of the belt better in person compared to the pictures.
Haley Strategic as a brand is top notch and of high quality. If you purchase this belt, make sure to use a coupon code or call OP. You should always be able to get at least 5% off but usually even 8-10% off. The belt arrived within a week or faster.

The Strike Circle Comp is an ideal comp if you want a diminutive comp that won’t interfere with your holster. Its compensating abilities are minimal, however. In fact, I returned mine because I valued the $50 more than the benefits it provided my pistol.

I have owned the Atibal mount for over three years. It is lightweight yet robust. The QD feature is convenient and easy to lose. It does not lose zero either. When I initially installed this, I misread the torque setting and stripped the screws. When I could not get the mount off, I gave up and took a Dremel to the mount in an attempt to cut it off. When that failed, I contacted Atibal. For free, they removed the old mount and provided me with a free replacement mount of the same model and shipped my Atibal XP6 optic and mount back to me free of charge!

I want to update my review of the New Frontier Armory C10 DPMS Pattern Upper Receiver. While the anodizing was not as nice as other upper receivers, I think it was unfair to characterize it as "atrocious." That's not a fitting description because the finish was uniform and had no evidence of blotchiness, scratching, or bare spots. That would have been "atrocious."
In summary, this upper is stylistically very attractive with a geometric shape to the forward assist. It features a cut out for the bolt release and is slightly lighter than some competing uppers like the Aero Precision .308 Upper. In comparison to DPMS uppers like the Aero Precision and Stag Arms, this is a low tang or low profile DPMS upper, which I prefer.
Additionally, New Frontier Armory actually answers their phones, will spend time answering your questions, and will do what they can to help you. What's more, they are true supporters of the Second Amendment.

The New Frontier Armory upper offers several desirable features, such as the set screw for install of the forward assist; it also features a large and nicely designed cut out for the bolt release.
The C10 also mates nicely with the New Frontier lower. The fit is tight and snug. Additionally, the tolerances with a Faxon Match Grade Barrel were very tight, but in a good way. The barrel did not slip in, but it also didn't need to be pounded into the receiver.
However, the anodizing on this upper is unacceptable and New Frontier ought to be embarrassed with such shoddy anodizing. The black is a noticeably flat sheen. When touched, it leaves an almost white, nearly powdery residue on the finish. Imagine a light chalky smear with every touch of the finger.
If you plan on cerakoting this upper, then the anodizing is a plus since it's extremely easy to remove with sand blasting, almost embarrassingly so. However, if you don't plan on having this upper receiver cerakoted, then I highly recommend passing on this upper. The finish is atrocious and, I would suspect, it would leave most end-users dissatisfied in the longterm if not immediately dissatisfied.

This scope offers an illuminated front focal plane reticle with crystal clear glass and 6x magnification at an affordable cost. The scope itself is sturdy and will take a beating. I highly recommend this product.
