The only magazine I'll buy and run in my mini 14 are Ruger magazines. I've tried other magazines, but they just don't work as well as Ruger magazines.

Review for
Maxim Defense CQB PDW Brace for AR15
I had a Maxim Defense PDW on a previous pistol build and when it was time to build another pistol Maxim Defense was what I wanted. This PDW is a little more expensive than other but Optics Planet provide great prices and this PDW includes the buffer tube, spring, and buffer.

Great for daytime use with fiber optics absorbing light and for nighttime use with tritium inserts, great for older eyes. Easy and faster to get target acquisition than stock sights. Finding your pistol at night is also a breeze as when you open your nightstand drawer or safe the sights are glowing at you.
