I got this CMC flat trigger to replace an awful factory trigger on my Black Rain Ordnance AR…so much better! I didn’t think I would like a flat trigger, but they shoot really well. This drop in was super easy to install and it is crisp and has great reset. I did have to lightly tap in the pins with a nylon mallet because of the tight fit, but just a couple taps. I think they say 5.5lb pull, but honestly it is so crisp it feels like 3.5lbs. Best money you can spend to help keep your groups down…well that and lots of ammo and trigger time…and with the cost of ammo, anything that helps is worth the price.

I am a big fan of Vortex products, but this one is a miss. Took longer to put this on than it did to mount the scope. If you get screw too tight it pops off…and torque says 2.2in lbs, which isn’t much. It says to place throw lever centered with your medium magnification…well on a 1-4x24 Viper it sets right in your line of view on 1x using both eyes. Does it adjust power…yep, but for $60 I expect a little more I guess. Vortex should make these fit better. I will keep it, but only because magnification is so still to adjust without it. There are other brands tha come with a lever already on their scope. I honestly think Vortex just wants a little extra $ out of us. Good thing their optics are so good.

Very secure. Perfect height for AR optics. Mounted a Vortex Viper in minutes with no issues. Looks great too. FDE color matches a Magpul FDE. This is my second Warne mount and wold definitely recommend it.

At first glance it looks a little cheap for the money. Once you put your hands on it and open up the legs, extend them etc. it is very well made...usual Magpul. The only reason for 4 Stars is the tilt feature. I mounted the bipod on my rifle, and when I set it on the table it almost flipped over. I had to tighten up the screw on the bottom pretty tight to reduce tilt, but then it reduces the side to side “pan” feature. It doesn’t have a very wide stance. Makes it compact, but might make your rifle feel top heavy if you have a large scope on top. Overall, I don’t think it will be an issue, but we will see. I like the look of the FDE finish with the black. I do wish it was quick detach. I was looking for a good sturdy bipod without external springs and lots of crazy adjustments. This fits the bill...simple, but durable. There is minimal play to load the bipod in the prone position. I probably won’t shoot from prone often, so again no issue. I do think the price is too high on these, but that’s like most Magpul stuff, and anything gun related these days. You get what you pay for I guess.

Bought this for a PSA .224 Valkyrie. Needed a low capacity magazine for hunting in my state. � Loads and feeds flawlessly. I have tried a few different manufacturers, and not all drop free to reload. This one drops right out. Good buy.

I liked the front bag, but the odd shaped rear bag just didn’t work for my rifle. I had to turn and move it around every time I fired to get the right height, and to get me back on target. Bags are well made... filling looks to be ground up corncob. Small opening to fill or empty to your liking. I might use the front bag, but the back one is going in the trash.
