defective product with terrible customers service

ATN PVS14-4 1x27mm Night Vision Monoculars
i purchased this tube and immediately upon unboxing and turning on noted a black star shaped (like and size of the gold ones we used to get in elementary school) defect in the tube. After over a month of daily trying i was finally given and RMA number. the scope was jsut returned today and the large black star still in the center of the tube. Now they have gone right back to not answering their phone. Like many of you i thought ATn was a reasonable company, but i was incorrect, be prepared to flush several thousand dollars down the toilet if you decide to roll the dice on this product.

Fantastic scope rings, lightweight and heavy duty. Holds a zero perfectly despite the kick of a .338 Lapua Mag. would definitely recommend for competition shooters, long range hunters, or anyone looking to mount a scope on a hard kicking rifle.

This color is outstanding! It preformed as advertised. waterproof, and holds up to abuse well. Ive tested its range out to 4 miles with no issues. The hand held unit tends to go through AA batteries fairly quickly, so be sure to keep spares on hand.
