Well constructed. Precise enough for scope mounting. Although it would be great to have additional values indicated, it would still be difficult to hit it precisely. Nice to have a single inch/lb instrument that requires no calibration or setup. I feel an instrument that is more precise would likely just lead to a false sense of success. What I mean by that is, if you are given a specific torque value, there is still wiggle room related to estimating real-world torque value regarding construction of the rings and scope and oil bolt residue/loctite/dry.
