I originally wanted the Battle Arms hand stop but its a little more expensive, and I did not see any difference in the pics. I ordered this one and put it to use. After 200 Rounds, the hand stop is still there. Fits perfect and I see zero difference compared to other top name brands besides the price. The only detail was it did not have loktite like some other brands but I have some extra. The hand stop is light, machined smoothly, and cool looking. Kinda hard to mess up a little piece of metal… Highly recommend!

I bought this BCG due to the description and reputation of the company. I researched on the internet the pros and cons and only found 2 youtube videos unfortunately. The build seems great and the gas system seems fine. The biggest problem is this BCG NOT working well with 3rd party Upper receivers, especially skeletonized builds. I tried it with the following upper receivers that include Iron City Rifle Works berserker(skeletonized), War Dogs Industries (skeletonized), Anderson Manufacturing, and Aero Precision mil spec upper. Did NOT function properly. The BCG would get “caught” in the upper walls. It shot best with the Aero Precision but would fail by not going forward all the way around 20 rounds. The skeletonized uppers would cause this BCG to fail by going forward all the way at around 10 rounds. This was shot on a 300 blk and 556 rifle. When both rifles were shot with Phase 5 mil spec BCG and Rubber City Armory 6oz BCG, it shot like a champ. I investigated The 2A Armament website and in small and hard to locate writing, it does state it may not work on 3rd party Uppers and Skeletonized. Hope this info helps

I previously purchased a number of optics from other companies due to my astigmatism. Mine is very strong on both eyes and the only optics that work are the ones with the red dot etched on the glass such as the primary arms raptor. My requirements were a large viewing window, strong construction and light weight. This holosun exceeded all my expectations. The grey color is also cool and beats the same boring black and brown options. Regarding astigmatism, the dot has 3 viewing options that effect the sharpness of the dot. The red dot by itself is about a 7 out of 10 in sharpness due to mild fuzziness and starburst. The red dot with the 65 MOA ring option is about a 9 out of 10 in sharpness with little fuzziness. The 65 MOA by itself option is about a 9.5 in sharpness minimal fuzziness. Also the large shooting window makes it easy to aim with both eyes open if preferred. I mounted this optic on a 300 blk and it holds zero with no problem, I have used green dots in the past to compare to the red dots in sharpness, and I personally see little difference in sharpness. This HS510C is awesome due to the large viewing widow, shake and wake, lightweight, and great for shooters with astigmatism.
