I bought this for my AR-10, I originally put a vortex 1-8 on it but wasn’t happy with the setup. Nothing wrong with the vortex scope, just the setup wasn’t really clicking. A friend recommended his Trijicon so I started looking real hard at them. Read every review I could find and 98% were 5 star. Optics planet had a great sale on them along with a 15% coupon going it was too good to pass up. $850 OTD shipped. I love it, the clarity is better than everything I have. I really like the crosshairs vs. the horseshoe and oversized circles. I tried the glow in the dark with the amber, (which I thought I wasn’t going to like) and it was perfect. I thought the red would be better? I’m sticking with the amber.

So it's a real quality product, no complaints there. I actually bought another in a larger size which I'll explain. I'm a 39" waist, I bought the large which said size range 38"-42". I figure I'm golden. When I got it, I tried it on, too small. I opened the belt as far as it would go. It was three in he's away from clasping. So I put it on the shelf & ordered a size larger.

It's not bad. It's pretty darn large. The sheath is leather, would be better if it was cordura with a pocket or two. The strap that holds the knife into the sheath is too short and the sheath wasn't made to accommodate the hilt, so it's kind of tough getting it into its proper place. The knife is good quality, the cap unscrews and has some storage in there. The handle is made of aluminum and is pretty lite. I was hoping for a a steel handle so it had some weight behind it. The price was the best. Far cheaper than Amazon plus I had a coupon that really made it a great deal

Fits great, versital, excellent quality. Bought with a coupon and got an even better deal. Looked everywhere for the best deal and optics planet had it hands down. The pocket for a speed loader is kind of small for .44 magnum but the shell loops work well.

Fit and finish is always top notch with Leupold. The reason I didn't give this 5 stars, I looked for an aluminum mount as I didn't want the added weight of a steel mount. There isn't much information on the material for this particular mount so I looked at other vendors to see if I could find something. I found it listed elsewhere and it said it was an aluminum mount. Great, perfect. When I got it, took it out of the box and it was steel construction. I was upset but not furious. The packaging states the mount can be made of either steel or aluminum. No choice on what you get unless you purchase it from a store, then you know what your getting. It is of exceptional quality and works very well, but I wanted an aluminum mount. I might consider the vortex next time as it states aluminum.

I bought a couple of these MTM boxes, the larger size & this one. They work fantastic, I also bought a couple of the pelican cases which are pieces of horse manure. I use mine when riding my ATV cross country. They are more for the dust than anything but they can hold they're own with water too. When packed on my ATV, they are bounced all over the place, the large one is usually filled with ammo/magazines & the smaller one has my phone/wallet & keys. Every single time when I get back to my truck the boxes are sealed just the way I left them when they got packed. No dust, no water, and I abuse these things when they are on the back of my ATV.

5.11 Tactical Rush Delivery Xray Carry Bag
I bought this for work to hold my laptop & other misc junk that I have to haul around. The quality is excellent and the price was even better. This thing is ginormous, you can hold a bunch of stuff, being as they come in three sizes, I recommend you pick the right size. Even though I love this one, i could have went a size down and still fit all my needs. Extra large shoulder strap works great, plus a waist strap for added positioning, vertical sleeve pockets all over. I don't use it for carrying a firearm so I can't comment on that. As a messenger bag it's fantastic.

I haven't taken it to the range yet so I'm not sure of the "zeroing". I checked out the Burris edition of this, which was nice but I recently started getting into vortex optics and found them to be pretty fantastic. The eye relief works great and the illumination is just right too, it has hash marks for ranging & zeroing out to 500 yards, the lions covers work great and can be removed if you wanted too. The caps are also tethered to the unit so you won't be losing those. The last thing is the battery for illumination is a standard 3032.

Caldwell Rock Deluxe Shooting Rest
I tried this in lieu of using a range bag while blasting away 600+ squirrels on recent trip to northern California. The stand is steady but I honestly get a better hold on my rifle using a good shooting bag. This doesn't have much in the form of lateral hold on the rifle. Just the rest, It does work well for the adjustment and is of high quality.
