Primary Arms SLx 5x36mm Gen III Prism Scope
For medium range, this is my most accurate, quick acquisition go to for my 5.56. It is solid, locks in like a vice, holds zero, crystal clear glass, no parallax, forgiving on eye relief, just fun to shoot. Don't have to even worry about batteries dying, reticle is etched. I have a lot to learn about utilizing the ACS. I would love to mess with moving steel targets to practice. It is all there for the using. Vertical distance ranging, windage, lateral moving vehicle (40mph I think) and 8mph "running" leads. Sweet rig.

Misfired rounds

First, looks quality, feels solid, installed in 5 min. Seemed unresponsive at times in dry firing. Would pull, it clicked, then 1 sec and hammer strike. Thought my safety wasnt in correct. Took to range. Fired two dif. 300BLK out mftr rounds. Second round was a misfire about 7 times. Primer was dented. No ignition. "unnerving". Looked it over for mistakes in install. Took to expert gunsmith. Didnt go into what I experienced just said misfire/two amos. since it was a new AR build. He suspected head space was loose. He called next day and said it's the trigger. Nothing with barrel, bolt, fire pin, safety, external springs but internally, it has bad tolerances/bad springs or all above inside the Rise Armament casing. Maybe it is one in 10,000. ?? Had to return. O Planet is gracious as always and just awesome.

Browning Pahvant Pro Jacket - Men's
As you know, the pattern is BA. I watched the roll out prod. development video, Its SCIENCE. I have the Browning light pants, light long sleeve. Turkeys consider you as “just forest” apparently with this on. This jacket is comfortably lined, pockets are perfect and enough of them, hood is great, not sure if downpour proof but light rain beads, not soaks. Without applying spray. Actually never got cold in this and just as important, never sweated. SC isn’t arctic but certainly not Florida. You’ll be please as well….Unpaid actor

Swampfox Justice 1x27mm 3 MOA RMR Dot Sight
This unit does wake and bake. It stayed true for 3 clips of 5.56 to date. Easy adjust and quick target acquisition. Solid Alum build. I literally studied for 2 days on what to buy to top my Primary Arms prism. Because I’m cheap, just like you. At the price point I was comfortable with, features and their stated dedication to innovation came the Swamp Fox. I’m not the Acog guy but found the equivalent 5x prism. Kind of. Therefore I found a red dot too that should be ….$. I have another in the “watch list”. Cause I’m cheap. Don’t judge me.
