Out of the Box this product didn't work, did the software update and it was still a no-fly zone. Called into ATN and spoke with Kelly Prince and she was able to walk me through the trouble shooting, which didn't fix the problem still. So; Kelly was able to get all the paperwork done, got the scope sent back - fixed - and returned to me very quickly.
Sometimes stuff happens and new product just doesn't work - but standing by your product, fixing the issues and making it right is a trait that a lot of companies don't have anymore. ATN and Kelly cared, went to every effort possible and fixed the product in a timely fashion. To me that is more impressive than if it worked perfect out of the box.
