The overall quality of the case is pretty good. I recommend using it if you have a rifle without a pistol grip or a pistol grip without a scope. One thing is certain, you're not getting an AR in this case if you have a scope. Just won't happen. I could barely fit an AR pistol with a red dot on an angle.
The overall height is also a bit misleading. The space beneath the handle area is severely limited due to the pillar design, maybe 6" or 7" of space to utilize between the pillars and the lower part of the handle.
Ultimately, my bet is, whatever you're trying to protect isn't going to fit.
