Not softer than the standard factory pad

I had read in other reviews that this recoil pad was thicker and softer than the factory Tavor recoil pad. Quite frankly it is actually harder. The thicker part of that statement is partially true. The top that does better conform to the shoulder is thicker. The middle of the pad is equally thick as the factory pad. As it moves towards the bottom of the stock it is actually thinner than the factory pad. If a better fit for the shoulder is the goal then this does work. If cushioning recoil is the goal the factory pad from Tavor is better.

Pin that shipped with it is too big for Steyr AUG A3 M1.Tried to use original AUG pin but the holes are misaligned and the pin bent. Save yourself time, money and frustration and don't buy it!
