Battle Arms Customer Service Not Great

I purchased this BCG and out of the box I inspected it and took off the factory lube. The finish was quality was not disappointing at first glance and have high confidence that this is a quality BCQ regardless of my less than stellar experience. While disassembling, I found that the firing pin retaining pin is difficult to take out. The milling on the hole for the firing pin retainer pin was milled too small. I sent a message on Battle Arms website to advise them of my issue. In that message I advised that the firing pin retainer pin was extremely hard to remove and it required pliers to remove. Below is the response email I received several days later.

"The tolerance for that pin is supposed to be tight. This is to keep it from walking out during the vibration caused by firing.
Proper removal is to use the tip of a bullet or small pointed object like a pick to leverage the head upwards and then once you can grab it to twist and pull at the same time.
The procedure is reversed for insertion and requires you to twist it back into place to fully seat it again.

I have since tried responding to the email and it does not allow replies. I again sent a message on their website and am waiting the several days for a response. In my second correspondents with Battle Arms I explained that I am a Colt Armorer and have worked on hundreds of Colt M4 rifles and have not experienced this issue.
