I have to agree with Dusty, and disagree as well. My Tikka T1x is very tough to match ammo with, and shoots CCI and SK Standard plus better than Eley Tenex. I even did lot testing, upgraded to a nice XRS chassis, jard trigger that is about 3 ounces pull weight, and still having light strikes. Even bought the Whidden gun works head space gauges to get the head space close to the recommended .040 spacing. With trigger shims getting it down to around .041, still having 2-3 out of 50 light strikes. The bolt was getting tough to close, so I couldn’t go much tighter. I’m a weekend shooter that is thinking about going to bench rest soon, and trying to dial it in right now for 100yd groups. If I can pull that off with SK, that’s where my money will go…

Great backup in case you ever need a part…you may never need it, but when you do, you will be happy you have it…

Love Eley Ammo. Works great with my Tikka T1X … Eley team is a tack driver. Want to see if target performs just as well.

I’ve bought a few bricks of this SK standard 22 ammo as it outperforms every other ammo that MY Tikka shoots. 50 yd groups of .2 or less consistently with almost zero flyers! Have a Bushnell 6-24x50 ffp scope, with upgraded trigger spring at .8 lbs pull weight, titanium firing pin, upgraded stock fore end, and vertical grip, with new soft extension butt pad. No muzzlebreak, butt upgraded thread protector to a metal one. Original was plastic. Standard Magpul bipod, as I mainly shoot bench rest only.

Love the product, multiple shims for different heights. Would have been 5 stars, but wasn’t aware I’d have to drill holes in my stock. Not sure if I’m going to do it.

Very accurate, but extremely pricey…I’m not shooting on the circuit, but love the consistency.

Used Aguila ammo with my new Tika T1X….First of all, doesn’t hold 10 rounds, only 9… Aguila had heavier wax on bullets which fowled the action to the point the action would work. Had to clean the wax and lead shavings out, then switched to Cci mini mags. Seemed to solve the problem temporarily. The springs seemed to loosen up and weaken after 500 rounds. Might have to store unloaded. Also have 5 round extensions and 15 round mags on back order. $35 for extension, and $80 for metal 15 rd mags! Insane!
For a $600 22lr gun, I would expect a little better performance. When it shoots, it’s a tack on driver.

Shot 1/2 inch groups consistently at 50 yds. More expensive and harder to find online. Shipping very slow as well…

I totally agree ! I bought a brand new Tika t1x, and the first day at the range, I couldn’t fully put 10 rounds in the mag! After purchasing 2 extra mags at 40 bucks each, none of the mags fed the chamber properly! Only when putting 5 or 6 rounds on at a time would it feed properly! Also changed types of 22 ammo to see if it was the ammo… finally got the Eley match to feed properly… crazy!
