The Radian Afterburner is an amazing compensator. It completely changes the feel of the gun and controls muzzle rise in a dramatic way — follow-up shots are noticeably faster and flatter.
One thing to note: installing it on a California-compliant P365 Standard comes with challenges. I had to remove the loaded chamber indicator (which I never liked anyway) and the manual safety. The added force from the compensator caused the manual safety to engage on its own during firing.
Performance-wise, the Radian is unmatched — just be aware of the setup changes if you’re running a CA-compliant model.

A Must Have Upgrade

The Tyrant CNC grip module is a must-have upgrade. The texture is exactly what the P365 platform needed — aggressive enough for a locked-in grip, but not so rough that it tears up your skin during daily carry. It’s lightweight, feels solid in the hand, and completely changes the control and confidence of the gun. If you’re looking to upgrade one thing, start with this.
