good but flawed..

I got this to replace the ar 500 anti spall bag that i had. I failed to realize this isn’t enveloped or incased. What i mean by that is only the front is protected. The AR 500 one has anti spall protection that goes up and over around to the back. Granted only the top third but it stops fragmentation from going straight up into ur neck. What I ended up doing was incorporating spartans system with my AR500 system. Now i have protection across the whole front(spartan) and protection from the enveloped style system of the AR500. Hard to say its a good or bad product. Id recommend doing what i did but it makes a heavy set up even heavier. Especially if you already have build up coat like i do

The light is very bright and powerful. I would buy this again and i am going to be buying a second one. But…. My package did not come with a picatinny mount.. also one of them mentions comes with the 18650 but then further down. It states two cr123s are included. Drives me nuts. Gonna call and find out about my concerns. Make sure to call and ask.

Trigger was amazing, pull was amazing, reset was amazing. After 30 rounds the trigger failed..
Instead of resetting it would drop the hammer again. Somehow not fully enough to strike the new round. Worked almost like a binary trigger. Sent video to customer service, they agreed. They payed for the return shipping and gave me store credit. Great customer service. But i wouldnt trust this defense trigger to defend me or mine.

Strike Industries Extended Bolt Catch
Much better than original/milspec.. only reason for 4 stars was because i ordered two of them and the pins wouldnt fit either lower i was trying to install them in. I had to use the original pins. They both function very nicely and have a good advantage over milspec.

Start off with i didnt order through optics planet.. it is pretty bright but id say not as bright as advertised, its a bit bulky. There’s supposed to be a memory feature. If you leave off on bright it will return to bright when turned back on but mine always turned back onto the low setting and id have to click one of the Ambidextrous buttons to the bright setting. I couldn’t figure out how to save my bright setting. If it wasn’t so bulky i would of kept it. Pretty cool otherwise

Quality seems to be amazing, fits awesome looks awesome. The finish is very nice. The switch is easy to use and remember, also very smooth. Comes with different attachment pieces to attach to different style rails. The light is extremely bright and i can see very well at 75 yards, I will buy again for other pistols. Order shipped very fast
