Put this on my AR I just built and it worked great. I just bought a grip though so I will find out later if it needs to move slightly forward but I wanted something more than just the iron sights and for the price you really can't go wrong. Sighted it in with a bore laser at about 20 yds. Haven't taken it to the range yet but zero doesn't seem to shift from what I've seen.

Would probably trust a vice block with a rod if I was going to do a lot of muzzle changes but it didn’t seem to be a problem and used it attaching a barrel. I plan on using it if I need to work on lower as well.
