BKL 30mm low rings

These BKL rings are perfect for my needs. They are slightly adjustable in width for either 3/8 or 11mm dovetail rails but they also fit the old Davidson benchrest style bases perfectly. The difference is when used with the Davidson bases they take a deeper seat than on the much shallower dovetail rail which is a good thing when there is some recoil.
I like them so much I bought 2 pairs and they work perfectly in both applications.

MTM 42 Gun Case
My other hard cases will handle 52" firearms making them bulkier than I want to deal with for my 39" rifle. This one is the perfect size for me. I only use it for transporting to and from the range. I only use it for one scoped rifle but would probably fit two if they're carefully packed. Bear in mind this not a $300 case but it functions well, offers good protection and is made in the USA. I would recommend to anyone needing a good, moderately priced case.

I really like these rings. They are by far my favorite dovetail rings. They are very well made and made in the USA. I wanted to use them on a CZ457 but due to the bottom width at the dovetail my bolt handle fouls on the right side of the rear ring. The bolt handle on some rifles is located behind the rear scope ring so this would not be a problem with them. The bolt handle on the 457 is forward of the rear ring and will not move past the rear ring on opening. I was so disappointed, and now I cant find any rings I like as much as these. I don't want to use a pic rail and would rather use the 11mm dovetail but that limits ring availability. I highly recommend these rings and wish that I could have used them.
