We put the 2 cells into the cartridge to activate the red laser. We rotated the cartridge a couple times to check its alignment. We are now ready to sight the scope in with live fire. Took cells out to turn it off and store it. It took hardly any time.

It was a bit tricky as the sightmark scope I bought had what I thought were Torx bolts holding its mount to the scope. As I tried that I found out that it used security torx bolts. I had a set of Torx drivers but I never had the need of security torx drivers.
That was what was associated with the scope.
I mounted the Wolfhound locking Quick detach mount on to the Sightmark using the slotted screws they provided and that was easy.
Mounting the scope was a lot easier as I had to move the scope forward a couple times for the eye to scope distance. A quick detach made that fast. In addition there might be a need to be inconspicuous to watch out a window or door and a quick attach and detach would be great.
I have not removed it after sighting it in so I dont know its repeatability. Up to here it was 5 stars. But not checking its repeat performance on accuracy I gave it one lower.
