this works just like any other bolt carrier group does especially when the rifle is suppressed. However it would be better if the switch for unsupressed and suppressed was on the side where you could use it without opening the upper and taking the group out. One other thing is it doesn't come with the extractor and firing pin assy.

bout this as a double duty thread protector and look kool device for my sig mosquito. makes the pistol look really baddass and keeps the threads protected at same time. It also helps to keep the rise down when you shoot it helping stay on target.
