Barrel is out of spec. Tried two Faxon bcgs in it. Both would get locked in the chamber but worked with another 308 barrel. I would not recommend it. It's a dangerous defect that seems to be common.

Fits good and works great. It's not a necessary upgrade for function but it does increased surface area, which makes it easier to lock and release the bolt.

This product is very well made and the action is smooth. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with the necessary spring and detent, considering the price. If you're looking for a more milspec looking ambi safety and are willing to pay the price then this is a good option.
loose fit on picattany rail

I would not recommend this product. The scope mount didn't fit tight on a standard ar15 picattany rail. The mount would move back and fourth aswell as side to side a generous amount. So your scope would never stay zeroed. If you could even zero it. Also you can't see from the picures but this mount does not have recoil lugs. I would recommend saving up your money for a better scope mount.
