I've owned Streamlights, which are great, but you can't beat Olights! The price is great, the light is extraordinarily bright and the laser is perfect. I noticed one of the reviews mentioned a problem with the switch and they gave the review a one star. However, I have owned several Olights (both the "S" and the "mini" models) and they have always functioned flawlessly so I believe the individual who had a problem with the switch unfortunately received a faulty Olight which should have been returned.

I cannot stress this enough but I have never had a problem of any type with any of Olights I've owned!

I've used 1pt., 2pt. and (I'm embarrassed to admit) even one 3pt. sling.

(My 2 cents for what it's worth, which is probably 2cents): After being a lifelong hunter, a Marine for 6 years and a retired LEO; please, if you get anything else from what I'm writing here; .....in my humble opinion, there is NEVER, NEVER, NEVER a reason for a 3pt. sling. Now, feel free to enlighten me as to why I'm wrong)�

Where was I....oh yeah, I like 1pt. slings PERIOD except when you have to move fast and you have something to hold, other than your rifle, because if you're not holding your rifle, it will end up whacking you somewhere you would rather it didn't (feel free to use your imagination)!

Then one day recently I saw a video describing the McLean Corp DRS Dynamic Retention Sling. This sling, which was apparently designed and developed by a Navy Seal is absolutely INGENIOUS! After watching a demonstration of this sling I knew I had to get one and, as they say, the rest is history!

It is a 1pt. sling that can be quickly (and I do mean very very quickly) converted into a 2pt. sling. Once you receive yours, should you purchase one, you set up yours with two sling attachments (one where you would normally put one for a single sling attachment and a second one closer to the end of the hand guard. I use M-Lock QD push button quick connect/disconnect Sling Swivel Loops.

I recently purchased a Sig Sauer P226 XFIVE LEGION and, while the night sights that come on it are outstanding, the Romeo X-Pro really adds to the level of accuracy I have been able to achieve (and I have always been a pretty good shot).

The only other red dot I've used on a hand gun was a Leupold Delta Point Pro and, for whatever reason, I never really got used to it (probably operator error)!

This is the second Olight Baldr I have purchased. I've owned Streamlights as well which are also outstanding; however, I really like the Olight, especially their proprietary magnetic charging!

I have never had a problem with them staying on target even when removed and re-installed as long as I put back on in the exact same position.

For the money, the Olight Baldr S Tactical and their Baldr Mini can't be beat!
