This choke things to throw a really tight pattern with no matter what type of turkey load I have shot in it thus far. consistently tight groups with cheaper as well as the more expensive turkey loads on the market. can't go wrong with Carlson's. Top quality jokes in the back of a lifetime guarantee
Carlson choke tube
I’ve got this choke tube on three different shotguns and is truly unbelievable the difference it makes. I do highly recommend it! 50 yards is not a problem for any long beard. Made to shoot theXR long beard ammunition I’ve shot just about everything through it and it preforms with all unbelievably well. I’m shooting Apex through it and is devastating!!

Great Turkey Choke
I have paired this choke tube with my 18.5” Remington 870 and 3” #5 shot Winchester Longbeard XR. At 20 yards I had over 150 pellets in an 8” circle. At 50 and 60 yards I had 65 and 34 pellets in an 8” circle respectively. If you’re going to use Longbeard XR shells (which you should) pair it with this choke!

Carlson's Long Beard Choke Tube for a 835 Mossberg
It has worked great so far(10 shots at the range with open sights) but I need some more time to dial it in with my red dot. It is equal to or maybe better than my IC tube choke tube and that is with open sights vs red dot with the IC choke.

Turkey Choke
Carlson 12 gauge turkey choke. Good quality choke! Reasonably priced. Held pattern good at 40 yards. Would recommend choke. Very quick shipping and provided shipping information. Great Product
If you have never used this choke you need to buy one now because once you buy the Carlson Long Beard you wonder why you’ve messed with anything else for turkey hunting. Not only will you see a pattern from your shotgun that you’ve never seen before. You will also be able to reach further and hit those longshots. On top of this, if you have a question about the chokes and mating them with your gun the people at Carlson are awesome. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and respond quickly to any inquiries. On top of that you generally get a Carlson family member on the phone or email. They are in the heart of the heartland made in USA and lifetime guarantee. I highly recommend them for all your shotgun hunting and sport shooting.

tight choke
a great choke for turkey hunting. Shoots really well with three and a half inch Magnumloads of number 5 shot. Also shoots well with heavy shot number 13 and the Magnum loads. literally destroy the turkey head target at 40 yards shooting a Mossberg 835 ulti mag

Longbeard Turkey Choke
I patterned this choke with Winchester Longbeard #5's and #6's at 30, 40 and 50yds. Great tight pattern.
Turkeys are in trouble. I have been shooting shotguns my entire life and have never seen this tight of a pattern.

Good choke
Just shot this choke today very pleased with it. I shot my 870 with this and 3 1/2 5 shot shells at 40 yds, had 23 in the kill zone and a total of 166 hits in a 10 inch circle. If the weather would have been nicer I think I would have had a better pattern, we had a strong wind and drizzle to contend with
