ASCOM driver a plus for use w/ third party software. A must have for astrophotography. Downside is you need a hand controller if you want to adjust w/o a software program. Optic Planet, as advertised and delivered timely.

  • Hand controller is extra

  • Software based astro imaging

Nice product

This is a nice product, however, there are several steps you need to follow after you install the motor. When I tried to use the motor, my StarSense hand controller needed to be updated. I didn’t have the right cable to update the firmware. Delays before getting the installation complete. Check your software version before buying the product. Plan for the update.
