NY State Hunter
Great knife for the price. Sharp and strong. I use it as a camp knife when I go hunting. It can cut vegetables, peel fruit, cut ratchet straps or quarter game. It looks great as well. Easy to sharpen.
Impressive folder
Knife has a classic look. Blade comes sharp, pivots open easily but has no slop. Had a minor problem with the lock mechanism, but was fixable. The spring leaf that slides under the blade when open, to lock it in place, was a fraction too long and would not slide into place. This also kept the serrated slide/safety lock from working. Was going to return the knife, but noticed the body is screwed together and the leaf lock can be accessed by removing the blade (number 8 torx tip) and the handle screws (number 6 torx tip). Lock is soft enough to use a file on. Remove small amount that was interfering with action, re-assembled and all was well.
Blade has two thrust bearings to keep action smooth. Would buy the smaller size as well.

Big pocket knife
This knife could be priced much higher in a retail store. You will be happy if you buy one. After I received my order, I got online and ordered a second one. I added some spray lube to the hinge and it opens very easily. You will probably order a second knife too.

Sometimes you just need a big folding knife.
I searched several stores and online locations and was unable to find a folding knife met my needs.
I wanted a larger knife I could keep in my small drawer and yet be big enough to cut through a few larger items
I have. This knife is exactly what I was looking for. It was especially nice to find this knife on sale at Optics Planet
so I got what I wanted at a super price. The quality of the knife was obvious from the first time I touched it.
I could hardly wait to open it up and carve away. There is very little I don't like about this knife. The metal
bit that one pushes in order to close the blade could be a little larger. That's my only caveat. The blade
came razor sharp and it has a very good depression which is pull the blade open. I don't need to worry about breaking
one of my thumbnails while trying to get the blade open. It's a great tool and I plan on using it often.
