The Do All Outdoors Ear Shield Ear protection in kryptek were good upon first review. However, one day before I went to the range I pulled them out of my work bag and the plastic arm that connects the muff to the head band was snapped in 2 pieces. I figured no big deal as any good company will refurbish, replace, or refund. Do All Outdoors does none of the above. First they wanted proof of purchase as if I stole them. Then they wanted to know where I bought them as if that makes a difference. They proceeded to tell me without a receipt nothing can be done yet in the same interaction told me these are no longer made and replacement parts do not exist. So if you buy them the cheap plastic will break and Do All Outdoors will Do All Not To Help You. I am a military member who has received replacement parts from Surefire and Insight without proof of purchase or any hassle because they stand behind their products. I will not buy anything from them again and I recommend the Howard Light Impact Sports. They have better clarity, the on off knob is shielded so you don’t waste batteries like with the Ear shields, they have a jack for utilizing your phone for sound, and they work with military helmets better. Do not buy!
