Great weapon sight
Ordered this product on the 26 of March and with free 2-day shipping it arrived by the 29th. Product comes and nice hard shell case with a pre cut foam insert, easy to install & sight in. And at the time they were having a deal so I got almost $60 in op bucks, I have been wanting one for many years and I am not disappointed in my purchase.
Pros:
- Easy to use and allows you to keep track of your surroundings
Cons:
- Doesn't have the shake awake feature

Still going strong
I’ve had a 552 for 18 years. I’ve used it a lot and it’s never failed me. There was a period that I did use it for several years and the batteries corroded. Eotech help me get it back and running (they sold me the needed parts) and haven’t had an issue since. I like the AAA idea because they are easy to access. I can’t recommend this product high enough. It’s a top shelf product and would buy again. I know the technology has changed inside the new Eotechs but this thing is solid.

Vision issues? This is the cure!!!!
Red dots are starting to blur with changes in my vision. The eotech solves this by focusing on your target and not the reticle. Wish I would have bought one sooner. The reticle is supposed to be grainy but clears as you use the sight as it was designed. Both eyes open and focus on your target!!! Thanks eotech!!!!!

EOTEC sight w/visible red Laser battery cap.
Outstanding quality. The laser battery cap is a great addition to the sight & takes up no additional space on the top rail. It was hard locating a laser pressure switch apparently EOTec has discontinued manufacturing the switch and the switch price was almost as much as the laser.

Very awesome!!! This Eotech is very expensive and not for everyone. But if you can afford it. You will not be disappointed. The hard part is finding a decent magnifier mount. Most of them move around.

Perfect for home defense!
I have one mounted on a Kel-Tec shotgun for home defense and one on my MPX carbine for PCC. They're perfect! Easy to acquire and track targets in any light condition, even with my "senior" eyes, glasses on or not. Using the "old school" AA batteries means replacements are easy to find and inexpensive. The large release lever and box make it a breeze for arthritic fingers to change the batteries. Installation was simple and required only a medium flat-head screwdriver or coin. I use the same coin to adjust (just a few clicks) in zeroing the red dot --- and the dot perfectly cowitnesses with the MBUS iron sights on the carbine. Moreover, the solid aluminum shell protects the sight housing from all the hard knocks of training for a mobile defense. Worth every penny!

Great glass
I am very happy with this EoTech the batteries are great and easy to find thanks again Optics planet. This is a great item for a Christmas gift for a guy with an AR if they have a good rifle don't skimp on the optics.
