FOR THE PRICE I FIGURED I WOULD TRY IT AND I THINK IT WORKS JUST FINE. IT FITS THE BUFFER TUBE LOCK NUT TIGHT AND TAKES OFF THE ORIGINAL BUFFER TUBE WITH NO PROBLEM. GREAT BUY !!! I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE WANTING A LOW COST WRENCH.

If you have taken your castle nut off in the past- this is good to get it on and off.

Don’t purchase the remove your castle nut the first time, think your going to put your AR on the carpet and crack the seal... It won’t happen. But if you have had your nut removed before, even it it’s been staked, this will get it off and on in a hurry. Always use a gun vise when removing the castle nut initially from the factory.

Warning: Garbage !

To make this simple,

1: fits castle nut very sloppily.

2: Cutout for fixed stock tube (MDT) too small. Had to take a dremel to it to enlarge opening to get it to fit. This wrench only has 2 functions. Failed a both. Garbage!

excellent product for the money. Sure there are more expensive tools which can do alot more, but if all you need is a castle nut wrench, this tool can get the job done. Simple and effective tool. For the price its excellent addition to armorers kit

Nothing special about this item, it could be Chinese brand i believe it will look and work the same. Overall it works for the propuse it was build to. Mine came with few marks that maybe used... but for the price I paid I did not bother returning it. It is working and serving the propuse I got it for.

Gets the job done

Got the job done. There is not a position for a torque wrench to install to spec. Shipped fast with other items. Light and compact enough to throw in the range bag without adding bulk. Only used once.
