Havalon folding knife
While hunting Kansas this past year with my son-in-law I was fortunate enough to shoot a deer. My son-in-law offered me a havalon knife to help with the processing of the meat. I was amazed how easily the skinning process went; then the meat cutting progressed exceptionally well.
Pros:
- The size of the handle fit your hand perfectly
- Blades can easily be replaced
- Not big and bulky
- Make sure you use the right size blade for the task at hand
Cons:
- Need to be very careful - blades are scalpel sharp. Which can be good and bad
Best Used for:
- Processing/cutting any type of meat
