Lousy Konus Customer Service
I thought our Konuspot 20-60x80 was an excellent spotting scope for the money up until its stand tipped over in the wind and it gently fell about 3' onto grass. Konus 20-60 × 80 Spotting scope w/ tripod.
I messed up my order called them they immediately fixed everything. Ship my order recieved it before Christmas. Customer serviced was great and my spotting scope works great. Couldn't be happier with the guys at Optical planet.

customer service
Customer service, on a eye piece that came off of the adjuster was warranted if you sent it in. Postage cost more than the $25 part. Which they would sell you for $25 plus postage. To get warranty you spend more to ship scope. than the broken part, plus they spend more to ship it back. At that point I gave up, no need to put more money into a poor quality scope. Spend your money on a vortex scope, lifetime no questions asked service. Or take your chances on a throw away product, you have been warned.

Stickie scope
I wouldn’t recommend this scope you can’t see .223 holes very good at 200 yds and that’s when it is set on 60 power I have a Sightron 8x32 scope mounted on a savage BVSS I can see the bullet holes better with my rifle scope set on 32 power then the rubber armor turns extremely sticky after a couple years and it was stored in my basement cool and dry not worth the money

Good cheap spot scope
Looks cheap made but in daylight the optics are fine for looking out to 1000 yards and shooting out too 400 yards. Tripod is light weight and wiggles in the breeze. gotta love That nice black ring around eye piece view area when zoomed in... I like it and it was reasonably priced. Konus Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Let's just say if I sent a scope back I am not convinced I would ever see it again.
Best Used for:
- Looking at stuff far off

I liked the scope and it preformed well.
As my title states, I really like the scope and it worked well to see my targets at 100 yards. I cannot say the same for the tripod, it doesn't hold the scope firmly in position so you are constantly having to reorient it to the target.

Konus 20 - 60 x 80 angled spotting scope
This scope comes with a durable tripod ; a smart phone camera mount that is adjustable and another adapter for a standard camera .
Also scope can be angled to the side to use off a bench while sighting in without standing .
Scope was easy to adjust and showed .22 caliber holes very well at 200 yards; it was also bright with the target in and out of sunlight.
Very good quality for the price.

Another great product by Konus!
I have several rifle scoped made by Konus and I like them very much so! I decided to buy this, and am once again pleased with Knous!! This scope easily shows rounds impacting steel targets at 500 yards!!! Waiting for the weather to try farther distances..

Decent for the money
Decent spot scope. Light weight, plastic, having a hard getting it to sharp focus at full mag. For 400 yards seems plenty good. At 1000 yards,getting a little fuzzy. Ok enough for my use. The scope might feel a little cheap, but, I am not thinking it effects the product. It is very affordable.

- 400 yard target practice

Impressive for the money.
After an exhausting couple week search I purchased this scope. If I had just spent $400 on a really nice one the first day I swear I would be money ahead!I didn't even want to spend the $200 on a scope but am glad I did. It seems to be a well built, well engineered unit. It washes out and yellows just slightly on the 60x setting but not at all bad and iv'e seen the same thing on other more expensive scopes. Otherwise crystal clear and holds focus well. I find the included tripod extremely sturdy and easy to use. I use this for seeing mostly splatter target hits at 200-400yds and it seems to work great. It comes with a phone attachment that is somewhat well engineered and with a little time spent would probably work. Comes well packaged and with a nice carry bag to keep it nice. It has a sliding shade at the front lens for different light conditions. So far I'm happy with the purchase.

Poor quilty
Bought this scope many years ago, and in a couple of years the coating on the outside became sticky to the touch. Now I had to wrap it in cloth to even hold it. I e-mailed the manufacture about my problem, and no reply from them at all. POOR CUSTOM RELATIONS.
