Most Helpful Positive Review Best Value IR for the money
Ex-Military and LEO. For the money this is as good as you'll get. It's small so doesn't hog rail real-estate, runs on AA, adjusts real nice, and holds zero like a beast. I'm sorry but I can't slam $1000 for the super mall ninja PEQ to call in air strikes and all that. Unless you're actually going to the sandbox this is good enough. Take the other $500 you'll save and get the wife something nice. I don't recommend buying the Chinese air soft knock offs on eBay even thought they're $100. From experience they don't hold zero and shut off after a few rounds. Middle ground is this. Comes with an ea...

Good IR laser

by Woody, Verified Owner from MO, United States Written on September 17, 2016
I was originally wanting to purchase a PEQ 15 but due to the price I bought this IR laser instead. A little skeptical on performance since it was less than half the price of the PEQ 15 but I am not regretting this purchase at all. Good quality laser and I would purchase this again!!!!

excellent IR laser.

by Ggg, from PA, United States Written on February 8, 2016
I was looking for a IR laser and did some research on various IR lasers and decided on the otal-c. It is light weight and feels high quality, when looking through pvs14 the laser is very bright and easily visible at 200 plus yards. It's brightness is equivalent to peq 15 on low power (more than adequate for any civilian purpose). It's a good product for a good price, I am glad I went with the otal-c over other options that are available due to its size , weight and brightness.
Pros:
  • High quality
  • bright
  • Light wieght
Cons:
  • None...yet

High Quality Design

by Eric Korotki, Verified Owner from SC, United States Written on September 28, 2014
This IR weapon sight seems to be first-class. The workmanship and the quality are first-rate. Seeing that no reviews have been done on this item I felt that an early review would help others looking to buy this item. With this in mind, I have not had the opportunity to zero it yet, but I have tested it out with my Armasight Gen 3 PVS-14 Pinnacle and it works flawlessly. I can even add that the IR dot can be seen well against a white wall with and without the PVS-14's IR light on. The IR dot is clear and exceeded my expectations for a class 1 laser. I was a bit concerned considering this was a class 1 laser when I made the purchase. If you are having concerns about the power of this IR laser due to it only being a class 1 laser do not worry it does a great job. Laser Devices (Steiner) figured out how to make a first-class IR laser sight for the civilian market.
Pros:
  • rugged construction
  • effective
Cons:
  • Expensive
Best Used for:
  • Worst Case Scenario
