Most Helpful Negative Review Kinda disappointed...
Hole is too deep for the spring for the safety detent. Spring sticks up .125" on OEM grip; sticks up only .060" on UTG grip. Safety does not work; rotates in the receiver. What to do? Love this grip, feels awesome. I run a binary trigger and have to dremel some material off the ejection port side of the grip to clear the safety lever.

Fits perfectly in the hand. If you use a Franklin Armory Binary Trigger you will have to dremel the right hand side to accommodate the safety
