Great Retro
Perfect, just what I was looking for to complete my Retro M-16.
Listed as black but looks gray and that's what I wanted.

Change the look of your barrel pretty easy. Easy to install

Mine was out of spec.
The treads on mine were very out of specs. The flash hider got about half way down the threads before completely seizing up. I know it wasn’t the barrel because I used a A2 flash hider as a temporary fix and I was able to torque it on fine.

Rifle build.
Currently building my first AR. Parts received were packaged well and look like good quality parts. Dust cover installation was easy , three prong flash hider was exactly what I wanted at a good price. Cam pins are extra spare parts. Very satisfied.

Great nostalgic flash hider, just as good as any other on the market today
Great flash hider! Only problem is it cost $15 and the shipping is over $10 and with the two or three dollar taxes it’s doubled in price. And I know it doesn’t cost $10 to ship this so it’s a rip off on that butt that’s my last dealings with optics planet and their BS that they’re pulling.
Anywh screws on fine. You just gotta tighten it down with that. Something you can’t use a wrench it’s perfectly round there’s no slats to use a wrench. You’ll be tempted to go in between the prongs. That’s what I did but be careful doing that. I like it as the flash hider I had on my rifle when I was in the military And they worked fine
