Lyman has a great product
Lyman's makes are a very good mold. I had to tune it a bit, that is I eased the sharp edges on the sprue plate and the edges of the blocks but it had a very short break in period. The bullets fell from the mold at .455 to .456 with my alloy which was great. If you take care of this mold and don't beat it up, it should last a lifetime for the non-professional caster. I would advise this mold for the 45 colt revolvers especially those with the large throats.
