well made, holds heat well so once you start casting a few start-up pieces it keeps the heat well no need to rest in pot.
I also like using pure un-filtered bees wax for casting release, it will turn dark to black, thats good its seasoned so you will run out of lead before you need to re-apply bees wax. the best thing is to drop a "pea" sized ball of beeswax in the pot light the smoke and stir the lead that will remove dross from the pot and will also remove small %'s of your alloy mix so only a few tomes per 100 pours and after adding lead alloy.
Pros: well made, fits on lee handles (if $ is a prob)
Cons: takes a little time using it to remember the sprue cutter side is down or it'll flip shut and burn ya-finger
