I’m 5”10 191 and the size large is perfect! I bought the highlander puffy to layer under it on warm days and have plenty of room for it. This good is adjustable and fits like a glove. The pitzips dump warm air out and it will keep you dry! It’s my go to for daily wear. I take it everywhere, if the rain comes I’m dry! Buy it!!
