Red Dot Scope Mount Adapter
This device was used to mount a low power tactical scope on an older model 22 caliber automatic rifle to help aging eyesight get a little close to squirrels. This is a perfect solution for this type of mount.

I bought this for my savage 64 .22lr to mount a red dot optic for plinking and small game. The savage 64 is the 2nd most common semi automatic .22 falling just behind the ruger 10/22. Required filing
I had to file it to get it to fit on a 3/8 dovetail 410 shotgun. Seems to function properly but be prepared to use your file.

Perfect fit
Perfect fit for my 702 mossy. OP IS ALWAYS FAST AND EARLY WITH THE DELIVERY. The quality of the product is also great and easy to mount.

Excellent adaptor
Just the right length, and height. Put a picatinny red dot on a .22. Perfect fit, easy to find, s. imple to use. Very satisfied

Nice bang for the buck
It easily surpassed my expectations. I used it on a Mossberg 702 and it fit like a glove. It doesn't raise the position of a red dot much at all so it's got that going for it also. Just make sure to measure your site's "feet" because I didn't and was just a little to short for the longer red dot that I had. I had to order a new site but doesn't love getting toys in the mail?

needs modding
Had to grind down the stupid points on each side where the screws are so that it will actually fit onto a 3/8 dovetail. There are 2 points on eachbside of the adjustable piece that grab the rail and unless you file them down it wont fit. After that tho it works fine.

Works on my Mossberg 702
It works well on my Mossberg 702 plinkster. It attaches to the dovetail securely. No filing or other modification needed. I have another cheap 22 rifle on the way and I will consider getting another one.

Nice rail, but needed adjustment.
I purchased this rail for my AR7 so I could attach a RMR. At the bottom of this rail are notches that stick out. They prevented the rail from laying flush with the dovetail rail. I shaved it down w/a file and it fit perfect. When screwing it down I tightened it too much and the screw broke. It was my fault. I ordered another one to replace it.
