I am 5 ft 3 inch. tall. Weigh 120lbs. I bought this in size 8 short (length). It is quite snug in the shoulders. I would have liked to have bought a size 10 short but I could not find it available and I searched high and low. Otherwise, It fits like a glove, the quality is outstanding and the short legs are perfect for my height. We will see how warm it keeps me in the winter months but I can always add a jacket.
