Peltor Sport Ultimate Hearing Protector Black 97042-PEL-6C
I have used many types of hearing protectors for target shooting and for the money, these are my pick. Excellent sound attenuation and comfortable, I don't have any issues when bench shooting through optics of any type. These are lightweight and a value. Try them before you spend a bucket of cash on something you don't need.
Better then most
I was at range a couple weeks ago and a guys shows up with a 50 cal. Needless to say my ears are still ringing. So I needed beater ear protection. So I purchased a set of these and they are so much better. Was back to the range yesterday for 3 hours and these do a great job. Thanks optics planet.

Shockingly good noise reduction
The ear cups are a bit large and the rubber padding causes sweat, but worth it for the noise reduction these provide, particularly for the price. Noise reduction better than any cans I'd used previously.
