It's alright.
Got this stock installed on my Mossberg 500 Thunder Ranch 12 gauge and it hasn't performed as I expected.
Maybe I expected too much though.
I've shot slug and 00 buck and it doesn't feel as if the stock is absorbing the recoil as it's designed to do or maybe I just have a weak shoulder. Idk

Quick shipment
I ordered this, but it was on backorder. It wasn't due here until 12/7/25. I ended up getting it back in October. I haven't tried the stock yet, and if I can, I'll write another review, but it was absolutely noteworthy to let everybody know that they ship fast, and will let you know about order status, such as a backorder. I'll absolutely buy from them again, and would highly recommend them.

Phoenix Technology
Very easy to install and is an excellent upgrade to my Mossberg 590. The adjustable stock is great. I wouldn’t recommend keeping it fully collapsed as I was getting some cheek hits while shooting buckshot. Not the most pleasant experience. But adjusting it out a couple notches, it was great. Shot skeet loads and probably 50 rounds of buckshot and my shoulder was feeling better than I figured it would the next day.

Good but not 100%
I purchased this for a new mossberg 500. It fit and went on easy. I put 100 rounds through it and no issues in reliability. The recoil is average to moderate, however... unfortunately this hurt the base of my thumb, and I was wearing small gloves as it was cold. I haven't had this issue before, but if I didnt tighten my grip all the way and kept my thumb below the natural placement it didn't hurt as much. So it could use some rubber padding there to make it fun to shoot. Also, as all other pistol grips do, you have to unshielded the gun to press the sl8de release.

Nice addition
This stock works great. Only thing wrong is the rattle it makes if you use it for hunting.
Pros:
- Makes gun a little lighter and reduces 3.5 inch shell kick on shoulder.
Cons:
- Likes to make a rattle noise when shouldering.
