Make do with a soft case case or drop more dollars.

Very thin plastic. The hard plastic pillars inside case that secure foam make carrying my 44mm objective-scoped rimfire varmint rig less than ideal. Kind of close to hard plastic in spots. Hard cases should be rugged, this is not. It does close, you could lock it, but I’m not throwing it in the back of the truck with much peace of mind. You can get a fine soft case in this price range, or else spend more for something substantial. My two cents.

Decent case for the money

Overall a decent case. For the money it does the job. Not very rigid but good for taking to the range. For long term storage I'd opt for something with thicker walls but it fits a good sized rifle.

simply put - very cheap but very good to excellent long gun protection - can't beat these plano cases and a huge protective step up from most soft bag cases. just great value. get one! heck, at its price tag, get two!

Gerat for the money

This is a great case for the money. I use it for transporting big scoped rifles and it works as designed. It is not bomb proof. I don't recommend it for shipping/air travel, or as a sole means of securing a weapon.
Pros: Versatile, lightweight, easy to use
Cons: Not terribly sturdy

a little flimsy, but works well

the case is a little flimsy, but that works well for what i need. it allows me to keep the flashlight attached to the mag tube of my shotgun while in the case and be able to latch it shut.
