I had no problem with this
Worked perfectly with my 2 point ambi magpul sling. Sometimes if I'm practicing breach, house to house I like a different sling setup so I have a QD on my foregrip. Other times when you're doing a lot of standing I'll go with this QD on both sides of the end plate. I like the adjust-ability of left or right. I don't really know what the insurmountable issue was with another other reviewer but I actually really liked this end plate.
Having actually used this, rolled with this, maneuvered with this, crawled around with this what I saw, was quality. I'd buy again!
Great Part - Needs a Quality QD loop
I've bought a few of these for several short frame AR10s and other rifles. It needs quality QD loops (not the cheap amazon temu specials!)

Great Piece
Excellent finish on these. Allows the qd sling to sit just the right distance from the receiver so there isn’t any scraping or rubbing w the Magpul Ms4 sling. I really like the anti-rotation once the qd is locked in. If you’re wondering whether you want that feature or the 360 feature, I found the locking is the only way to go. Prevents sling from getting spun around and all twisted up. Great little addition. I’ve bought 2, will soon buy a third.

Nice Finish, Locking feature, perfect
Matches the Spikes lightweight phosphate castle nut nicely. Easy install. Secures Magpul QD MS4 sling very snuggly. Easily staked into the castle nut . Locking feature for QD is beneficial to prevent sling from rotating and twisting up. Much preferred over the 360 rotation option. Overall great looking and functioning piece.

Looks great doesn't work
The slots aren't deep enough to accommadate the QD Ball Bearings. feels like it clicks in but pulls out every time. I read the other review and though my QD was to long and bottoming out and that is why it wouldn't lock in. I cut off and 1/8 of an of off the bottom of my QD and it still didn't lock in. To bad it is the best looking one that I've found.

Ambidextrous QD Endplate
Works very well and is very well made. The finish is excellent and it looks great on my new rifle build. I tried multiple qd sling swivels and all fit properly without any issues. Optics Planet got my order shipped out quickly!

Quality Part
This is a very well made piece fits flush follows the contours of a standard lower and retains a QD swivel very well.
Only had a few issues with these
- I have UTG heavy QD swivels had to take sandpaper and remove some of the material from the QD head for it to be able to fit minor issue. Other QD swivels i have fit fine
- The other issue your stuck with and that the swivels range is very limited maybe like a 5 degree range of motion and 4 positions but it keeps it out of the way of your hand.

Well made, versatile endplate!
Add this endplate while you're building your AR and you won't be sorry! Having the quick-disconnect attachments on the left / right side is better because the the QD connector can swivel without hitting / marring the buffer tube like a rear-facing QD connection point does. I've used this on three builds now - looks great and adds a QD point where you'll need it one day. Fast shipping and price beat my local gun shop.
