Most Helpful Positive Review Radians Shooting Glasses
I was looking for a traditional pair of shooting glasses that sat away from my face. I had difficulty with wrap around style fogging in hot and humid weather. I am pleased to report that these glasses have relieved this situation while providing necessary eye protection. I like the orange shaded lenses for general use.

Either I was shipped the I exchanged where the second product delivered was also broken

I ordered the radians RSG shooting glasses and the first pair came with a broken nose piece. It took four weeks for the product to be exchanged and sent back to me. When I got the new product the same nose pad it was broken. I’m not sure if optics planets sent me the same product or if the second product from the manufacturer was also broken. I decided to keep the glasses and order and install a much more comfortable nose pad and ones that are much more durable. Overall, the glasses are pretty good and I think a good deal for the value despite the issues I had. Given that I can only rate them a three, which is about appropriate for the price.
Pros:
  • Three lenses a good price for what you get
Cons:
  • The quality is poor. The nose pads in particular. Both pairs had broken nose pads
Best Used for:
  • Decent for sporting, clays, skeet, and trap. Yellow lenses are good for driving in the snow and night.

I have owned a lot of shooting glasses in my 50 plus years on the range and these are the best shooting glasses if you do not need corrective lenes. I own 2 pair as I keep on in my winter jacket and on in my vest, so I always have them available.
Pros:
  • great field of view & clear
Cons:
  • a little pricey (but worth it)
Best Used for:
  • Shooting clays

The best shooting glasses for clays

by oldguy, Verified Owner from SC, United States Written on December 31, 2024
I have tried a lot of different shooting glasses, but as long as one does not require corrective lenses, I think these are the best. They seat high on your eyes and have a great field of view, not blind spots. I like the earpieces; they keep the glasses in place, no constant messing with the glasses moving.
Pros:
  • Great field of view
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • Clay shooting

Poor Product Support

by Rocko97, Verified Owner from FL, United States Written on February 21, 2022
The frame fit is large, which is good for me. Smaller people may have issues with the frame width. The glasses themselves are ok, but if a lens gets scratched they don't sell replacement lenses by themselves. They only sell the lenses in the set with the frames.
