Best looking accessory for the Sig Sauer Tread. Looks awesome. And obviously a perfect fit. Definitely recommended. Mlok handguard 13 inch. Good price and fast shipment from Optics Planet. Wish i could add a picture.

Purchased the (upgraded) sig sauer m400 tread hand rail because it weighs less and more visibility of the stainless barrel. Simple swap and you do not have to remove barrel nut. Sweet!

Sig factory replacement mlok

I really do like the looks of it. A little lighter too. Installation was an ease. I went with the 15" but the 13" will fit a 16" barrel too. I do like the extra mlok places that I didn't have with factory tread handguard. I havent shot a lot with handguard yet but other people have said that it has helped a lot with the heat disapating. I wanted something efficient and minimal, and this it. I am well pleased.

15" Sig Sauer hand guard

Delivery was super fast and the hand guard was really easy to put on with just a couple bolts. Now since the replacement after a few hundred rounds down range the hand guard doesn't get as hot as the factory installed hand guard. I highly recommend this unit if your a avid weekend shooter like myself.

  • Target or home defense and hunting scenarios.

Ok so for anyone who wants to know the weight difference here goes. I had the original 15” hand guard it came in at 454g/16.01oz with badges. The replacement hand guard was 274g/9.67oz and with tread badges 300g/10.55oz. Now I didn’t really buy it to save on weight. I appreciate the cutouts so I can see that stainless barrel.

Much lighter than the stock handgaurd and accepts more m-lok attachments.
