Perfect fit
This was actually purchased to place on a MAC 1911. It was a perfect fit it clicked down and tightened down. Looks good maybe It's a little high for a acro but it will work fine.

Good Fit with AOS Operator
Was a little snug going onto the slide - possibly due to factory Cera-Kote on the optic cut - but no real issues on the install. Matched up and zeroed correctly with the factory front sight, so saves a little trouble there. Establishes a nice low-witness mount with the Aimpoint ACRO; good emergency use of the irons without cluttering the field through the optic during normal use. Springfield/AOS thought it through.

Springfield Acro Mounting Plate
The Springfield Acro Mounting plate is thinly designed to give you a flatter low profile oppose to others. The forged material is very durable and coated to deter any wear and tear from any outside elements and blow back from any carbon release from the barrel. Easily mounts using the OEM screws from the optic plate. One of the best options to go with use on a 1911/2011 that you are planning to add a ACRO type of optic such as Aimpoint, Steiner.

Fit perfect with no issues. Aimpoint Acro was easy to install as well. Great purchase to my Prodigy.

Springfield Prodigy plate
So far so good I used blue lock tight to begin with let cure for 24 hours screws still backed out. Cleaned holes and screws used red lock tight sit for another 24 hrs shot 350 rounds so far with no problems. I’m using this plate on a 4.25 Springfield Prodigy with a Aimpoint acro p2

Like a Glove
I’m dipping my toe in the double stack 1911 pool with the Prodigy, but want to use a red dot. This plate arrived quickly, fit like a glove, and locked up like a vault. Through almost a thousand rounds it has held fast with the recommended torque spec. No complaints from me.
