This is my 2 nd Murray Carter by Spyderco . It’s a Nakiri style , great for cutting vegetables ! Very sharp , easy to keep sharp. You must keep it dry as you use , but worth the extra care, easier than my SS knifes I own , to keep very sharp! The handle is beautiful, fits my hand well. The price was the best I could find , from Optics. They shipped quickly . I plan to buy more Spyderco’s from them.
